WhiskyVibe Privacy Policy Effective date: October 7, 2026 WhiskyVibe ("WhiskyVibe", "we", "us") operates WhiskyVibe.net and the WhiskyVibe mobile application. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we collect and use it, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you. The service is intended only for adults who have reached the legal drinking age in their country. WhiskyVibe does not sell, deliver, or facilitate the sale of alcoholic beverages. Information we collect Account and contact information: email address, display name, and, when relevant, legal first and last name and payout email supplied for the WhiskyViber program. We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide sign-in and service notices, display profiles, and review WhiskyViber applications. Profile and approximate location information: country, region, or city that you type into your profile or content. We use it to label content and show relevant events. The app does not collect precise device location. Content you choose to provide: profile photos, Vibe and event photos, event listings, comments, Vibe titles and descriptions, biography, reports, and application text. We use this information to publish the features you request, operate the community, respond to reports, and moderate the service. Identifiers and notifications: an internal account identifier and, only if you enable notifications, a device-specific Expo push token. We use these identifiers to operate your account and deliver the notifications you choose. Purchases and delivery information: merchandise order history, shipping country, and postal or ZIP code used to calculate shipping. Full delivery and payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages. WhiskyVibe does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Security information: limited technical records such as IP-based rate-limit and audit records may be processed to prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and protect accounts and the service. How information is collected We collect information when you create or update an account, publish or interact with content, report content, apply to a program, place a merchandise order, contact support, or enable notifications. Photos are collected only after you select a photo or use the camera. Calendar access is used only when you choose Add to Calendar. How we use information We use personal information only to provide and improve requested app functionality; authenticate and protect accounts; publish events, profiles, and community content; provide notifications; calculate shipping and support merchandise orders; administer WhiskyViber; moderate content; answer support and privacy requests; comply with law; and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents. Sharing and service providers We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising. We share only the information needed with service providers that help operate WhiskyVibe, including hosting and infrastructure providers, Stripe for hosted checkout and payment processing, and Expo and Apple for opt-in push notifications. These providers are required to protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users, WhiskyVibe, or the public. Retention and deletion We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above and for applicable legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. You can delete your account in the app under Profile, Settings, Delete my account. Account information and content are then deleted or anonymized promptly, except for information that must be retained by law, transaction records needed for orders or refunds, and limited security or moderation records needed to protect the service. You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion through https://www.whiskyvibe.net/contact by selecting Privacy / my data. Your choices and consent You decide whether to create an account and what content to publish. You can change profile information and notification preferences in the app, withdraw notification permission in iOS Settings, delete your own content where the feature is available, and delete your account in the app. You may revoke consent or submit a privacy request at any time through our contact page. International processing WhiskyVibe is offered internationally. Information may be processed in countries other than your own by WhiskyVibe and its service providers. We use reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law. Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised. Children WhiskyVibe is not directed to children. Accounts require confirmation that the user is at least 18 years old and of legal drinking age in their country. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Changes to this policy We may update this policy when our practices, features, or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.
